Services: six lines, from a carton to a container
We run six service lines: international express, Hong Kong transit and delivery, air freight consolidation, FCL/LCL sea freight with trucking, e-commerce parcel lines, and FBA / overseas warehouse first-mile.
Origin gateways are Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Guangzhou. Core destinations: Japan, Israel, the Middle East, Latin America (Mexico in particular), Europe, North America and Southeast Asia.
Rule of thumb: small and urgent goes express; light and bulky goes air consolidation; heavy and large goes sea; marketplace orders go parcel or FBA first-mile.

Transit times are indicative under normal conditions and exclude customs inspection, remote-area delivery, peak season capacity constraints and destination holidays. Actual commitments are those confirmed by the carrier at time of shipping.

02|International express — DHL / UPS / FedEx / EMS
Our most-used line. Cargo is uplifted via Hong Kong and Shenzhen on DHL, UPS, FedEx and EMS, delivered door to door to commercial addresses. Suitable for samples, urgent shipments and high-value small cargo.
- Strengths: reliable transit, full tracking, strong customs capability. Most destinations in 3-5 business days.
- Weight basis: divisor 5,000, rounded up to 0.5 kg; multi-piece shipments are compared piece by piece and then summed.
- Hard limits: longest side over 98 cm or second side over 78 cm triggers an oversize charge; single piece over 68 kg triggers an overweight charge; longest side over 300 cm is not accepted.
- Note: lithium batteries, liquids, powders and branded goods are restricted on certain lanes and destinations; FedEx lanes to the US may carry an additional customs clearance surcharge.
03|Hong Kong transit and delivery
Factory delivery in mainland China → China–Hong Kong trucking → receiving at our Hong Kong warehouse → uplift on Hong Kong flights or delivery through the local network. Three typical use cases:
- Commodities restricted on mainland export, or a shipment that needs a wider choice of flights;
- Customers with a Hong Kong entity or delivery address requiring local delivery or self-pickup;
- Bulk cargo that needs a general-trade import/export declaration package.
The lane supports three delivery modes — Hong Kong delivery, China–Hong Kong self-pickup, and local Hong Kong distribution — chosen to match the consignee.
04|Air freight consolidation
Divisor 6,000 and rounding to 1 kg means the same carton bills roughly 20% fewer kilos than on express — the most direct saving available for volumetric cargo. Lanes in regular operation:
Japan
Stable transit for e-commerce replenishment and trade volume, with domestic delivery on arrival.
Middle East & Israel
Priced by destination zone; peak season surcharges and remote area status (by postcode) must be checked per shipment.
Latin America
Mexico is the core lane and can be shipped DDP. Chile, Colombia and Brazil are quoted destination by destination.
Europe & North America
For non-urgent volume and first-mile; priced by country zone.
05|FCL / LCL sea freight and trucking
Full container load and less-than-container load on Evergreen, Wan Hai, PIL, Maersk and other carriers, with trucking to door at destination. Suited to oversize cargo, heavy goods, furniture, machinery and bulk replenishment.
- Basis: charged per CBM, with weight tonnage applying where higher; destination charges are additional.
- Transit: 25-45 days ocean leg depending on routing and sailing schedule, plus 3-7 days for trucking.
- Note: sea freight is the cheapest per unit but ties up capital and inventory; book 3-4 weeks ahead in peak season.
06|E-commerce parcels and FBA first-mile
Parcel lines serve marketplace and DTC orders — light shipments, billed by gram, tracked, economical for sellers fulfilling from origin.
FBA and overseas warehouse first-mile covers the whole chain for Amazon and Mercado Libre sellers: factory pickup, export declaration, ocean or air leg, destination clearance, delivery appointment booking, labelling and palletising. Sea+delivery is cheaper, air+delivery is faster — running both in parallel is usually the most cost-effective setup.

08|Value-added services
- Export and general-trade customs declaration — including documentation support for VAT refund schemes.
- Remote area postcode checks — verified against the carrier's official list before quoting, so the invoice has no surprises.
- Fuel and FX bulletins — weekly updates on fuel indices and settlement rates, issued with the quote.
- Documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, wooden crate guarantee letter, EU PID (product identification) declarations.
- Packaging and reinforcement — wooden crates, pallets, stretch wrapping, ISPM 15 heat treatment where required.
09|How to choose — four steps
After these four steps there are usually one or two viable options left — that is the point at which comparing rates is meaningful. Send us the cargo profile and destination and we will run the four steps for you.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you ship lithium battery products?
Some battery cargo can move, but eligibility depends on battery type and destination. Batteries contained in equipment (PI967) are more widely accepted than packed-with-equipment (PI966) and stand-alone batteries (PI965). Certain destinations and lanes — Hong Kong DHL lanes in particular — impose additional restrictions, and the rules are updated frequently. Provide the battery type, Wh rating and destination and we will confirm against the current lane rules.
Do you offer DDP shipping to Mexico and Latin America?
Mexico DDP is available and is the most common structure on that lane — it covers export declaration, destination clearance and duties. Chile, Colombia and Brazil have different tax regimes and importer requirements and are quoted individually; some require the consignee to hold importer credentials such as an RFC in Mexico. Send the postcode and cargo value and we will quote both DDP and DAP.
What is the difference between shipping from Hong Kong and from Shenzhen?
Hong Kong offers higher flight frequency and wider commodity acceptance — sensitive and battery cargo is often easier to place — at the cost of a China–Hong Kong trucking leg. Shenzhen suits factories in the Pearl River Delta delivering directly, saving the inland leg in both cost and time. The same shipment can be quoted from both origins and compared.
How do parcel lines differ from express?
Parcel lines are billed by gram, cheaper but slower, with coarser tracking (usually delivery-confirmation level) — best for marketplace orders under 2 kg. Express is billed in 0.5 kg increments, fully tracked and stronger on clearance — best for urgent and high-value shipments. They are complementary, not substitutes.
FBA first-mile: sea or air?
Depends on replenishment cadence and cash flow. Sea is cheaper (per CBM) but takes 25-40 days — good for planned bulk replenishment. Air takes 8-12 days at a higher rate — good for new product testing and stock-out recovery. Most sellers run sea as the base and air as the top-up. Confirm the appointment window and Amazon labelling standards before booking.
Can one shipment be split across two services?
Yes, and it often saves money: urgent pieces by express, the rest by consolidation, or dense cargo by sea and volumetric cargo by air. Two things to plan for: separate declarations and documentation per shipment, and different arrival dates that the consignee must be told about in advance.
