DHL, UPS, FedEx and EMS lanes to commercial addresses — samples, urgent shipments and high-value small cargo. Divisor 5,000, rounding to 0.5 kg.
Air freight consolidation
Japan, Israel, Middle East, Latin America and Europe lanes. Divisor 6,000, rounding to 1 kg — suited to volumetric cargo and rate-sensitive volume.
FCL / LCL and first-mile
Full container and LCL sea freight with trucking to door, plus FBA and overseas warehouse first-mile including labelling and palletising.
Customs and documentation

03｜How we quote
With a complete profile we usually quote the same working day. Multi-piece or multi-lane comparisons take a little longer because the weight basis has to be verified piece by piece.
04｜Why the invoice matches the quote
- Chargeable weight shown — volumetric weight per piece, the resulting chargeable weight and the rounding step are all written into the quote.
- Surcharges stated by basis — which fuel index, whether peak season is included, whether remote status was checked, and the billing currency.
- Limits flagged early — longest side over 98 cm, single piece over 68 kg, over 24 kg requiring manual handling: we tell you before shipping so you can repack.
- Cargo we decline, we say so — longest side over 300 cm, over one tonne per piece, or commodities that cannot be declared are declined upfront rather than accepted and returned.

Frequently Asked Questions
How are you different from booking directly with DHL or UPS?
The underlying carriers are the same; the difference is rate level and service. As a forwarder we hold agency rates, which are typically below direct account rates, and we can compare several lanes at once to find the most economical weight basis. The trade-off is that we are not the carrier: tracing and claims go through the lane's process, so what matters is the lane tier and responsiveness of your forwarder.
What do you need for a first quote?
Five things: destination postcode and city, piece count with dimensions and actual weights, commodity and end use, transit requirement, and Incoterm (DDP or DAP). If one item is unknown we can quote a range, but remote area status and battery or branded status must be confirmed — otherwise the number will not hold.
Can you handle export declarations and shipping documents?
Yes — export declaration, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and wooden crate guarantee letters. For EU regulatory requirements such as PID (product identification) declarations we provide a client-facing explanation and a return template your supplier can complete.
Do you work with Amazon and Mercado Libre sellers?
Yes. We handle sea+delivery and air+delivery first-mile, including pickup, export declaration, destination clearance, warehouse appointment booking, FNSKU labelling and palletising. For Mercado Libre and Mexico, DDP structures are available. Send the warehouse code and its postcode so we can check remote status and zone.
